4. 240Hz Clear Motion Rate.

Invest In Quality - Save Yourself From Frustration

Samsung offers a wide range of 3D HDTV's with a good ratio price/quality. You will find here a list of the best and top selling in 2012, to let you easily choose the most suitable for you. if you already had a prior experience with a Samsung 3D HDTV mentioned in this list let me and my readers know what do you think about, just let a comment and we will be honored by your review. This list is categorized in Plasma and LED 3D HDTV and is regularly updated, so don't forget to bookmark this lens to keep up with the news.

Samsung Electronics has launched 3D plasma panels in 2008 which have a processing speed of 600Hz (not met by LCD and LED technology) and which have a great impact on 3D high definition viewing. In fact, Plasma technology is the best to deliver the full 1080 lines of resolution to each eye giving a depth perception of 3D content and HD display. In 2012 The high end features of HDTV technology is packed in latest models.

Since 2011, Samsung plasma HDTV's have won an inch diagonal size without changing externally. This is due to a thinning of the frame, clearly visible on the screen:

The D8000 and D7000 plasma 3D HDTV series which belong to the new Samsung Smart TV products, include all the latest technologies: Image Processor Actual Real Engine, DLNA compatibility, Skype compatible, and 3D conversion from 2D to 3D.

Samsung's new C8000 series Plasma flat-panel 3D HDTVs produces one of the highest-quality pictures tested this year in both 2D and 3D modes, although the costs much less than its direct competitors of plasma TVs. Excellent black-level performance; accurate color overall; properly handles 1080p/24 sources; excellent bright-room image for a plasma; numerous picture controls and tweaks; sleek styling with inch-deep panel; superb streaming and widget content via well-integrated Apps platform and a very good 3D picture quality. But we find that duplication of Apps and widgets can be confusing. The 1080p/24 mode causes loss in black level performance.

The PN50C7000 is next to the top in the range of the Samsung's plasma 3D HDTVs, with Mega dynamic contrast ratio makes sure every frame is saturated with dense and rich color. The only missing feature differences in the C7000, which are included in the plasma C8000 is a 1 USB port, and lack of Cinema Smooth technology which is a judder reduction feature. The black levels are excellent and dark shadow detail is very good. The viewing angles are perfect.

We recommend leaving the Motion Judder Controller off due to the destruction of natural background blur. Motion effects are minimal and the quality of the image has a uniform and smooth appearance that we do not often encounter.

Samsung PN63C8000 is truly awesome. Sharpness, depth of contrast and viewing angle are perfect. The screen has some glare when viewing dark material in daylight, but otherwise the TruBlack does a great job of reducing glare, and 3D glasses reduce glare by 50% as well.

Samsung LED HDTVs create images by using white, light emitting diodes (LED) which is the same technology used in laptop screens. LED lights use much less energy than fluorescent lamps and offer more precise control of color, contrast and sharpness. Samsung was the first to bring the LEDs on the side next to the frame; which has finally made exceptionally slim HDTV's a reality. The new models are much more thinner and come with a 3 inch touchscreen interface remote control (D8000 series which are the best HDTV in 2011 from Samsung).

This HDTV has a very dark black screen with nice black levels and shadow detail of a super-thin (less than 1 inch) edge-lit LEDs. It looks beautiful off as on. Image sharpness is incredible and the 3D effect with the native 3D content is excellent. Color reproduction of the C8000 is great, close to the performance of the best plasmas.

UN46C8000 46 inch delivers the pure thrill of 3D entertainment, connectivity that enhances your life, and visually stunning picture quality. Action leaps off the screen with advanced 3D technology, for a truly immersive viewing experience. Internet@TV lets you get connected to the best of the web, right on your HDTV, with downloadable and customizable widgets - and coming soon, Samsung apps. Connect to friends, share pictures, shop online and more. Innovative LED backlight processing delivers HD on a new level of enjoyment.

Samsung UN46C7000 46-Inch 3D HDTV has the technology for a 3D viewing experience that jumps off the screen and 1080p resolution for superb High Definition images. 240Hz Clear Motion Rate feature makes everything incredibly smooth and delivers sharp images and fluid in fast action scenes. For best results turn off the Auto Motion Plus, except when watching sports like baseball and tennis.

Samsung 3D TVs and like all the 3D HDTVs on the market require Active Shutter glasses to view the 3D effect. Each viewer needs a pair of glasses. Also make sure that the Active Shutter glasses you buy are compatible with your Samsung 3D HDTV. For that choose from the list bellow and dont forget the child 3D Glasses for your children.

Most reviewers had great things to say about Samsung UN55D7000 HDTV and so far it only a couple of negative comments. The negative reviews are from occasional person that received a defective product. The other customer complaints about the HDTV doesn't has local dimming feature and is not pleased with the picture quality.

Overall, The HDTV got a very high rating from the customers, who give it an average of 4.2 star ratings. Many of the customers agree that the HDTV has a spectacular picture quality and so does the 3D image. Most of them also praised the elegant appearance of the HDTV they are very satisfied with their purchase. Here are some of their reviews:

"This TV is simply amazing not only from a design standpoint but also feature-wise. Indeed, it's so thin and light that I was able to hand carry the box by myself. I was able to install it almost alone (my wife helped me a bit just to avoid damaging it). The look is a killer (bezel, depth and color). The TV spec are amazing (aside the fact that I'm still not used to the image of LED vs plasma that I had previously). But when you fire-up a BR or any TV show in 1080 i or p, then wow the picture quality is just crisp, beautiful and sharp. The sound is not the greatest feature of the screen but for such a thin device, I'm cool with that. Overall I'm really satisfied with this TV and it worths the price. Samsung did a great job and I don't think there is any TV out there who can have the quality (Panasonic maybe) and mainly the design (definitely not Panasonic nor Sony or LG)." - H. Mbayen-hegba

"The LED backlighting really brings the picture to life. I'm confident that this set is among the best of 2011, both in performance and aesthetics. Definitely one of its coolest features is its internet connectivity. Like many other brands you can browse through apps (Facebook, Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc.) but this is the first to have a full web browser...and assuming you have a solid internet provider, it's fast too! The only unfortunate thing about it right now is that you have to wait 10-12 weeks before you receive the full Qwerty remote, so you'll be browsing with unimaginable inefficiency. In summary, a ridiculous amount of technology in a small and beautiful package; a near perfect TV." - Donald Copeland

Today everyone wants the best features at the lowest prices when it comes to watching their favorite television channels. In order to make the best choice, customers need to read well written Smart TV reviews so they can make a smart decision. There is no longer any sense in paying for channels that you do not watch or even need when you can select the channels you want at a very low price.

Now you are able to select your own channel lineup in order to watch live broadcasts, or, you can use video on demand to watch almost any TV show currently on air. Smart TV's success is because they managed to un-bundle shows from television networks. Now that you are able to select your own channels without any territorial restrictions on just about any device, there is a great demand for the new Smart TV systems.

Pricing is another major reason that people like this new system. You are able to get the channels you want for as low as $1.99 per channel. This is a tremendous savings when you consider how much other systems cost per month. You are able to bundle the networks if you want for a low price of $9.99, which is still an even greater savings. The new Smart TV's occasionally allow you to watch simultaneously on just about every system that you own. The following is a brief listing of some of the systems you can view your favorite channel.

• Android phones

• Android tablets

• PCs

• Roku

• iPhone

• iPad

• Mac

• Windows

Just about every major television brand is selling their own Smart TV system. That is why it is very important for a new consumer to read Smart TV reviews so that they can understand which television will fit their needs, and if a Smart TV is the right investment for them.

Only the most important part of any home media center, the Samsung Smart TV, will change the way you look at television forever. The Samsung Smart TV comes with a large array of features including a sleek and ultra slim design, packed with web apps (example. Pandora, Netflix), built in web browser for searching all of your favorite sites, and many others.

The Samsung Smart TV is WiFi ready, which allows you to hook it up to an existing home network. Now here is when the fun comes in. The WiFi capability allows you to sync the Smart TV up with other Samsung devices using the "All Share" feature. "All Share" will eliminate the need for tacky cables all of the place and it will give your living room a more professional look.

The Samsung Smart TV also includes new smart interaction features including Voice Control, Gesture Control and Face Recognition. These new features will be sure to give you new ways of controlling your media preferences.

The Samsung Smart TV is a must have to get the most out of your home entertainment experience. I'm going to show you other devices that will compliment your Smart TV and give you that "Super Media Center" you have been looking for.

An awesome display is nothing without awesome sound to go with it. The Samsung Sound Bar adds that extra dimension to go along with your Samsung Smart TV.

Sound bars are becoming more popular in home entertainment because of their small and sleek design, without giving up the quality sound that you desire. The sub woofer gives you the bass that will make any movie feel like the front row of Regal Cinema. There are no cables required between the sub woofer and speaker bar, because it is completely wireless!

The Samsung Sound Bar includes inputs (auxiliary & component), output (HDMI), and the Bluetooth capability allows you to sync all of your favorite devices wirelessly. There is also a remote control to help you customize your sound settings to your liking.

The Samsung Sound Bar is very user-friendly and takes little time to set up, which allows you to worry about more important things like figuring out what movie you are going to watch first.

Now with your Smart TV hooked up and your Sound bar installed, you are on your way to finishing the setup of your "Super Media Center". Next, you need a device capable of playing your favorite Blu-ray and DVD movies. The Samsung Smart Blu-ray player will accomplish this task for you.

The Samsung Smart Blu-ray player plays back many different video formats ( MPEG 2/4, MKV, HD JPEG, WMV (1/2/3/7/9), AVCHD), and can play burned DVDs. It also comes equipped with WIFI to connect to your home network. The "All Share" feature wireless syncs your player to your Samsung TV and speakers, so leave the wires in the box! As an added feature, the Smart Blu-ray player comes with it's own set of web apps. The hardest part of your Smart Blu-ray player configuration will be figuring out what movie you are going to watch first!

Home entertainment systems are awesome, and Samsung makes it easier to sync them but there are other accessories offered to give your "Super Media Center" extra tweaks. For example, is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. This tablet is action packed with killer features that will compliment your arsenal of Samsung products.

The Galaxy Tab 2 is equipped with Android 4.0 and has 16 GB of internal memory along with up to 32 GB of expanded memory. The Google Play Store has close to 200,000 apps that can be downloaded directly to your tablet and the "All Share" features allows you to display everything directly on your Smart TV. It comes with Bluetooth to hook it up to other Bluetooth compatible devices and it can be used as a remote control for your TV.

The sweetest part about the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is that your media needs are not limited at home. You can take it on the road and the 10 inch screen will allow you to watch movies comfortably anywhere!

After the voyage of putting together one of the most complete entertainment centers possible, there is one last device that will put the cherry on top. The *Samsung Galaxy S3 puts all of your entertainment possibilities in your pocket.

The cutting edge Samsung Galaxy S3 will not only keep you connected, but it will sync with all of your existing Samsung products while you are at home or while you are away. The Galaxy S3 comes equipped with a 4.75 " screen and a dual processor to keep up with your other "toys". Equipped with Android 4.0, you can download all your favorite apps, and you have a choice of 16 GB or 32 GB for internal storage. With a 8 MP camera and 1080p HD video recording, you can capture all your favorite moments and watch them when you get home.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 will complete your "Super Media Center" and will put you on the top of home entertainment. Now that you have everything setup in your living room, let the fun begin!

So an LED TV is still an LCD TV. It just uses LED's to light the LCD screen instead of using the CCFL or FLourescent backlights.

There are a couple of major different types of LED TV's you can shop for:

Edge Array Vs Full Array

Full Array - This version has the LED's placed directly behind the LCD screen and they light up the screen from the back.

Edge Array - In order to make the TV slimmer, the manufacturers began running the LEDs around the four edges and then running "light guides" to the back of the LCD screen.

Local Dimming Options - Some of the higher-quality LEDs provide local dimming which enables "zones" to be made darkr and lighter in order to improve the contrast and sharpness of the image.

Refresh Rate - This is how much the information displayed on the screen is updated. While this can reduce eye-strain, its biggest value is for gamers who need the most up-to-date information possible. 60 Hertz (Hz) is what all of the old TV's used, and I've got to say that I am noticing a huge difference with the higher, 120 Hz refresh rate on my new LED TV.

The higher rates help reduce blurring, and, if you are gaming, can help you see things that you miss on a TV that has a lower refresh rate. For example, if you are playing a First Person Shooter game that is running at 100 FPS, then there are about 40 frames that you are missing every second by playing on a lower hertz screen. Crucial for maintaining that competitive edge.

True motion: Somehow even the 100Hz true motion of Samsung LED TV is better than almost all the brands except one. This is clearly visible in a show room where all the brands are placed side by side getting the same procedure and signal. Samsung LED TVs are the leaders in true motion. increased series have larger True motion (greater than 100). True motion is hugely helpful while watching F1 race or any action movie. Its very easy on our eyes While seeing the Stock market roads which have the tickers running at the bottom. So, watching HD movies, cartoons, playing games on PS2/3 is actually a pleasure and a privilege on Samsung LED TV.

Other characteristics: Samsung LED TVs are packed with some helpful capabilities as well. However, the most riveting feature is the availability of 2 USB ports. This is vastly helpful Whilst watching downloaded movies. No hassles of joining the desktop/laptop to the TV. We can directly connect the USB pen drive to the Samsung LED TV's USB port and we are on our way! The default video clip participant plays most of the formats which again is a good news. Another feature is the availability of Bluetooth. This blessing of technology is mindboggling. Easy transfer of small files/songs/photos within seconds! The transfer rate too is pretty decent. No hassles of linking units or wires.

Picture quality: LEDs are nothing more than LCDs with their back lit with Light Emitting Diodes. However, there is a marked distinction in the picture quality between a Samsung LED and any other LCD. Thus the overall picture quality of the Samsung LEDs is far more superior than at least 2 of their competitors. The picture appears to be clearer and crisp. Even the contrast ratio is magnificent for pretty much all the series. The images even from a typical digital setup box are pretty decent. The images from a HD setup box are truly spectacular. Warmness of color is pretty decent although not the best in the category.

Click Here for Great Prices on Samsung Led Tv!

price: Samsung LED TVs were pretty expensive at the beginning, however, they have slashed their price ranges and are now in the affordable category. The larger series are still pretty pricey but when compared to the quality they provide, it's pretty ok.

Finishing of the Samsung LED TV sets are exceptional. Especially the black color with the thin panel appears good! The TV distant is pretty sleek and slender and has all the capabilities incorporated into it. We never have to actually touch the TV panel. Every little thing is and can be operated from the distant alone. The Samsung series starts from 4 till 8. Some of the aforementioned characteristics are subject to the series you select.

So, overall Samsung LED TVs are one of the best in their range and one can safely trust the brand for its quality, price tag and right after sales services.
